They might release more information, about that phenomena, in June. There were some huge public cases during the recent past which lend credence to your beliefs. I once was a true believer in EBEs and UFOs (alien kind). I'm more agnostic now.

It's the same with any weapon. It's a matter of course in research and development. I can't say that they purposefully released a bioweapon from the Wuhan testing facility, especially since it would be so hard to predict its effects, let alone control them. It might have escaped the lab, though.

Well they have managed to get out of the pandemic (or at least the worst of it) far faster than most countries. Even as far back as April last year, while European countries were a month or so into lockdown, The Economist was reporting how the Chinese manufacturing industry was already back to operating at 80% pre-pandemic levels. Moreover, it also reported on how Chinese companies were buying en masse financially-stressed companies elsewhere in the world.

My latest conspiracy theory:
I think there's a possibility that some conspiracy theorists are just controlled opposition, planted by whoever run western countries. This controlled opposition spread ridiculous shit like "Lizard people / reptilian" and similar theories in order to make everyone with "alternative way of thinking" (ie questioning the status quo) look like a bunch of morons.

Then again it's just a possibility without any evidence. Also, David Icke (one of the major spreaders of lizard people theory) got banned from youtube.

We've already had the SARS thing before and its genome was available to the biologists for quite a while when the new coronavirus appeared. If anyone wanted the bioweapon based on the coronavirae clade, the obvious choice is to modify SARS instead of reinventing the wheel with this new stuff.
