That`s exactely how the whole of the EU works today but change Russia for Germany (also Britain til it brexited) and France.

I hope so, yes. Because I`m tired myself for working for to keep up almost the whole world (I mean its not only the EU we germans keep up with our work force but fucking Africa and half of the Arabs too). I`d actually like too see the real result for working myself to death on a global level.
As for your question, I think it is the Finns (though I really like them) with their stupid ideas of unrestricted basic income and other things we have to pay for. I mean, they are really intelligent, but I dont think they like to work according to it. Other thought would be Luxemburg or Lichtenstein.
