I think government officials are constantly giving that signal by their actions and speeches. Also Hagia Sophia Imam is also becoming an important political figure (future seyhulislam?). Those signals point out to a radical change in the regime in Turkey in 2023. I think first they will try a moderate sharia where the veils are not imposed but encouraged. In second phase it will be forbidden to uncover head for women. Ofc fornication and LGBT sex will be forbidden too. I am not sure about fornication though. Even if it is made illegal people will do it behind doors. It is not a big sin in Turkey for men. However, for gays and women, the life will be different for sure.

I also see religious people on facebook believe it will come soon. They are very encouraged by recent actions of the government. Mashallah.
