Are the United States, Russia and China the most hated countries in the world today?

The fact of being hated is a very common characteristic of any Empire in History. Rome was also so hated in its times.

And it has nothing to do with about what they do, but about they are. Empires.

Maybe China could turn out "nicer" in front of the eyes of the "public opinion" --actually published opinion, through an active mediatic, constant and measured propaganda, exterior and interiorly--, since the same country was also a victim of the imperialistic era, and by the hand of european powers (see the wars of opium, e.g.), suffering what the chinese called 'the humiliation century'. It got recovered, but still it is undoubtly a tyrany, despite of its active victimism.

So, my opinion would be it exists a propaganda war right now among all of them, that obviously influences on the public opinion, and somehow creating it.

You are right in fact Rome came to a time where it was surrounded by enemies.

China could be fine in the eyes of public opinion in the West because in Asia there are people who hate China, especially the government.
