Difference betwen Iranian and anatolian neolithic farmer?

Basal + WHG for Anatolian farmers vs Basal + ANE for Iranian farmers.

Try to remove steppe eno, as i said previously it's not really meant for Euro. Your WHG is probably overstimated, and steppe underestimated.

When Iran_N pops up, it can mean several things, either real near eastern ancestry or more likely for Euro that your main steppe source was not exactly WSH, rather a more southern shifted steppe kind, because Iran_n and/or CHG are already in the steppe component itself (along with EHG), so if it shows up it's an excess of that ancestry, higher than what is already in the Steppe EMBA.

Yes but it can skew the proportions, it's more AG and less farmer than Steppe EMBA.

Less than that, if you take Yamnaya as a reference it's 2/3 EHG, 1/3 Iran_N. Closer to 60/40 with CHG. EHG in itself is no more than 25% WHG. So let's say someone score 50% Steppe, that would capture around 16% WHG. As you progress in the steppe era, it captured more WHG and Anatolian farmers along.

Saco muy parecido a tí, pero cambiando el WHG y el Ancient East Africa por Taforalt. Me llama la atención que ambos saquemos más del 40% de Steppe...
