Give her presents when you feel like to or special occasions/holidays. You aren't supposed to get in a competition.

Do you know her more personally or is she just cleaning your house, without limited discussion "Hello - How are you ? Fine Thanks. OK Goodbye" ?
Anyway if you want to please her, you have to know her before

While it is lovely she thinks of your daughter, as Toddy above points out above, this is a business deal. The gifts etc. are highly unusual and I'd feel quite uncomfortable receiving them. So much so, I would politely thank her but decline her generosity. I prefer such arrangements to be kept simple and business-like so there is no room for future misunderstandings. However, maybe such relationships are different where you reside.
Nine out of ten concerns are completely unfounded.

It's a bit more than that, you can leave the keys to your home and expose all your belongings to that person, so obviously there is a relationship of trust that goes beyond just a regular economic exchange. Still have to keep a balance.
