The forum Turks have changed, used to be most Turks were the first type and owd AF, and now most are from the third type.

That's because the religious-conservative Anatolian AKPli don't know English, because of their limited educational level (no high school or vocational only (aka meslek lisesi) or religious high school aka Imam Hatip only), so they are underrepresented on the international Internet

While secular pro-Western Turks or pan-Turkist ones are more educated and know better English

I'm not talking about individual cases, Ibrahim Kalin has a PhD for instance (i.e. the current Turkish Presidential spokeperson)

I'm talking about the general Turkish sociology, it's about general trends, if you add together these facts :

- The more educated people in Turkey knows better English than less educated ones
- The more educated people in Turkey are therefore more represented on the international Internet (including boards like here)

- The more educated someone is, the less he votes for AKP
= Therefore, you get less representation of AKP views among Turks on the international forums and as a corollary, more secular pro-Western or pan-Turkist views.

You were talking about AKP voters and their high schools. Not PhD or masters.
Anyway, I also don't agree with that. Many AKP voters also go abroad to study and learn English well. Now we have AKP elite who send their children abroad to study not secularist elite.

What I might say about the representation imbalance would be that they don't need to defend AKP on internet. They are already the winners and don't care about shitstorms going on on international forums. Average CHP aunt Karen does not also speak English.
