lolz, that's not fair. I think luc2112's view on the Ukraine conflict is retarded but I don't think he's dumb. I think most posters are highly intelligent (except a few like RMuller, Zebrah (I may be confusing the username with a similar one: the Puerto Rican guy), and a few others are without question dumb, but others are limited by their English proficiency and so they can't express themselves as well as in their native tongue, or are mentally off (Richmondbred isn't stupid but he says stupid shit because of his issues), etc.

For private universities maybe, but I studied at a federal university with 60% dropout and that was at graduation. I studied with the best of the graduates, but I must admit that some had clearly higher IQs, learned faster.

I know that there is a US/EU finger in Ukraine and that Zelensky is probably a puppet. Russia exaggerated attacking the capital and I don't agree with the methods used (Ukraine also does some wrong things).

There was a conflict in South America in 1982 in the Falkalands. Only 4 civilians were killed in crossfire, there was no war crime. A pilot shot down by the British even took pictures with British pilots recognized that he was a good pilot. Is that expected a conflict of two civilized countries.

Argentina had an organized and structured army and caused loses and the sinking of some ships by air attack (21 ships). The British sent only special forces and had superior equipment, they won the conflict.

At my university, you could opt for a double degree in Portugal and France, as long as you study for 1 year in those countries.
