Country Club Communism

Is a term I am coining to describe middle-upper class leftists who in the old days of Communism would be considered "Intelligentsia" or party elites. In this thread share your thoughts on the subject and discuss this class of political manipulators and fanatics.

Are you talking about people like Biden, Trudeau, Soros, etc.? Because this term describes them really well.

And LOL to all those brainwashed Millennials and Zoomers praising communism and the USSR. Imagine if Stalin or Lenin time traveled into the 21st century and saw all these SJW hypocrites with stupid haircuts and silly piercings claiming to be the true saviors of socialism, they would want to rip off their mustaches right away. Practically every communist country that has ever existed in history either criminalized homosexuality or heavily discouraged it.

Exactly, Bezos, the Twitterites, Huffpostards etc. Lenin was kinda less true in some ways, in that Stalin didn't really give special favors and if he did, he might have you sent to a gulag if you disappointed or were disloyal. Lenin somewhat tolerated the Inelligenstia as they were crucial to his transition to Communism. A lot of early Soviet elites were fairly hypocritical. Stalinism was a lot more direct even if the intentions weren't as pure as Leninism.
