French people look closer to the Dutch or Spaniards?

Jean Claude Van Damme too I know he is Belgian but ethnically Flemish/Dutch.

Northern French closer to Dutch, and southern French closer to Spaniards.

I think in my family my Southern French relatives look like Spaniards - almost indistinguishable. They share some surnames that turn things worse.

Depends on region, but of I could be chooise, the Spainards.

The Dutch, the pigmentation differences are far greater between France and Spain than they are between France and Holland, the French are often fairly pale or if they are tanned they more likely have a sort of Germanic tan rather than a Med complexion. The only way the French are similar to the Spanish is in terms of height otherwise they look more Dutch, especially south Dutch.

I think that they are slightly closer to Spaniards, on average. Only North-Eastern France can be closer to the Dutch.

All of South-Western France is close to Spain, and other parts intermediate, but phenotypically rather more like Spain.

France doesn't even have a border with the Netherlands.

And the Pyrenees Mountains is not a genetic barrier (there is roughly the same genetics on both sides of the mountains).
