I don't disagree. I think the Southern Netherlands has more Borreby types overall. But they aren't mostly pure. Often mixed with Kelto-Nordids. You find a few Sub-Nordids once in a while too where the similarities with French show.
The cephalic index in France, even when you account for regional differences is extreme compared to the Southern Dutch and English.

South-Western French and Basc are basically no very diferent to Iberians
Corsigans are basically no very diferent to Italians

Putting in mind that France is the largest country in the European Union. I'm going to have to take three French groups (North, West, South-West) compare them to Northern Spaniards and the Southern Dutch in the frequency of blonde hair.
Blond hair (lightest to darkest shades) frequency:
Northern Spain
Galicia: 12%
Asturias: 11%
Cantabria: 10%
Basque Country: 7%
Navarre: 8%
Vs
Northern French
Pas-de-Calais: 24%
Nord: 23%
Somme: 22%
Oise: 21%
Aisne: 20%
Western France
Bretagne: 20%
Pays de la Loire: 19%
Normandie: 19%
Poitou-Charentes: 18%
South-Western France
Aquitaine: 17%
Midi-Pyrenees: 16%
Limousin: 15%
Vs
Southern Netherlands
Zuid-Holland: 30.5%
Zeeland: 28.7%
Noord-Brabant: 29.8%
Limburg: 28.4%
The Dutch are lighter (In this case, blonder) than the French, while the Spanish are darker (more brunet). The Northern French are closer to the Dutch vs the Southwest French who are obviously closer to Spaniards. The Western French seem to be in-between.

According to oral family tradition E-FT155550 comes from a deserter of Napoleon's troops (1808-1813) who stayed in Spain and changed his surname.

French and Spaniards are largely made of the same components (Iberian & Keltic) but in very different proportions. Dutch have lots of Germanic CM (Faelid) that doesn't exist among the French... Scando-Nordic is also not common at all (but it exists in the North).
Iberians: 90% South European, 10% Keltic
French: 50% South European, 40% Keltic, 10% Germanic
Dutch (not Flemings): 60% Germanic, 20% Keltic, 20% South European
