Why would Southern European be mistaken as MENA in Northern Europe? If they are really Southern European, they would simply be guessed as Southern European by Northern Europeans.

more people should learn yoga, and learn some meditation techniques... learn it by some of the most free, light-minded yogis... to help rid the prejudice and inferiority out of their minds. There is a very small minority that definitely would tho, such as people like Kostas Mitroglou, Francesco Cosenza, Inma Cuesta, etc. Although to be fair these people are very exotic even in their own countries.

MENA is a big region, some mena do indeed overlap with southern europeans, but not all mena. The darker more exotic mena dont.
