    does not look Balkan. looks East Euro but north of the Balkans (Slovakia, Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, southern Russia).

    it doesn't have to do with pigmentation, his facial traits just have a subtle East/West Slavic vibe that puts him out of the Balkans. while there are perfectly Balkan looking Ukrainians, he is not one of them
