With such questions call dr Fauci or authors of the video, why asking me? I have no idea, I only put the link.
Maybe nanoparticles are programmed to join and to form it, maybe he was vaxed with a thick neddle, or maybe it is just a fake.
Btw, if this is too big for a needle, tell me, how metal objects, even big as iphones, are able to glue to the body if through a needle go only small liquid stuff? Obviously there is something more what is not told to the public, what is changing own structure and have different attributes than are said.
