    Ironically, she looks more British than her son. Kelly passes fine though.

    I assume you are referring to the preceived haircolour pigmentation of English people?
    If so, its all of the above and more. What I noticed in England was that all hair colours were present at seemingly relatively equal numbers, including all tones of red, combined with generally very pale skin tones.

    In part, but also facial features. (Apart from the Osbournes' son, who does look weird).

    Between these examples. More darker haired than the first, and more light eyed/haired/pinkish than the second.
