Neither, first one looks more Dutch or Scandinavian but individuals from the first one can pass as English and second one is admixed :

The first picture is too blonde not all English people have blonde hair in fact most have mousy brown but this may be darker and can have almost black color hair in some individuals:

The point is to show two opposite ends of the English spectrum (aside from the fact Sharon Osbourne is part-Jewish, which I didn't know beforehand, but she passes).

I've rarely seen anyone looking like the latter. Plenty like the first photo although more robust.

Sharon Osborne is Jewish, Ozzy has Irish catholic roots, and their kids are American. Pretty poor example to be honest. Should just delete and remake this thread. Because the latter example isn't even English, it'll have to be the former.
