no it's not. There wasn't a single anthropologist in the whole history who ever put so much accent on these autistic terms referring to some traits that can be found in every race.

Males have lower supraorbital rims than females, so among images of the left eye of 161 players in the Swedish men's top-level soccer league, I didn't find any image which clearly showed yang sanpaku. Its a bit hypocritical- in anthropology everything has to be considered since it should be an observational skill (not a science but at least you can take a critical approach similar to science, but there are actually studies on anthropology on researchgate) - so everything which can be observed can be crucial.for example its not like Litorids, Orientalids differ much outside of eye area and other minor details ... So its about finding patterns really what anthropology is only about- despite that, any pattern is not an absolut truth, it could be just coincidence or convergent evolution etc.
