I did running years ago. It's a great exercise if you want to wear out your joints by the time you turn 50. But there are other exercises. Runners look skinny fat. I lift weights too and I do intermittent fasting. I already have lost 20 lbs since November. So you are wrong about that too.

I also do intermittent fasting and lost 40kg that is 80ibs, but i gained 15kg back in the last half a year, that is 30ibs, so i lost 40-50ibs overall.
