Yes, he is. But so was Jović (they are same type of striker). Even though I think Haaland has much better winning mentality than Jović.

I think Mbappe to RM (his childhood dream and as CV said Perez prefers him), Haaland to City which needs a striker and sheiks will shell out enough fee for him and his money hungry agent Raiola.
He'd be perfect for Liverpool but I doubt Klopp and club board will be willing to overpay for Haaland.
