    Yes, Dawson Creek, which I never watched. I know him more for his cinema roles, like Forsaken, Final Destination, etc.

    He doesn't look Texan in particular to me, but could pass. He looks more Californian-ish.

    He does look a bit unusual for a Brit/ German mix. He must have a more Southern element, also stronger Alpinization (not too uncommon though)
