The half pali looks arabid in the eye area, eyes are very deep set and their shape.
I'd have classified him as assiroid + baltid, or balto-med.

Anyone have an idea of what is this nose called? I mean the nose tip, it has two concavities, seems familiar.

Yes, exactly what I was thinking, points to CM admixture, not the first time I noticed this type. Common in north atlantids, I know some swedes with this type of nose.
