How bad is the european language replacement?

Due to globalization and internet lots of people opt in to use english as their main way of communication, as a result the newer generations adopt english in their native language.

There is even talk of French being replaced by English in France. Tagalog speakers in the philippines use english instead of their native language at times to fill in gaps for words they don't know. I had an estonian friend who's mother would get mad when she used english instead of her native language.

Do you feel that in certain places in europe the native language will be replaced by english?

To me not a bad thing. It will bring humanity closer, as language is a important tool for communication, the main tool for communication, and good communication brings people together. Everyone should from early age learn english. I dont expect old people like my mum to learn it now, but just give it some time, that more people learn it.

You say you are a "European" so what is the "European language" ? What is the "European culture"? What is the "European ethnic make up"? What is that, what are you exactly? A "European"?
