    Whenever you are emotionally and financially prepared to get married, there is no set age. If you think of marriage in that way, you will be paying attention to your age, not the strength of your relationship and if you've found the right partner. Don't rush.

    Also, marriage is not for everyone. Man, never think you need to get married just because society expects you to...

    I don't think there's necessarily a right age to get married but if you plan on constituting a family it should be at least between your 20's and mid-30's. I married at age 31 but we had been living together since our mid-20's.

    After you get situated.
    You will always have to work, so it will happen side-by-side with your work at some point. The goal is to make sure it doesn't come at some critical, difficult point like during the studies when it can obstruct too much.

    As being in that age range, if you do not mind ... I would ask few question?

    * How you see the time to get children ... same or different?
    * With University studies, did you mainly mean guys or both genders?

    I graduated last autumn (half year delay because of COVID) and started my first permanent work almost immediately (which corresponds my education ). Naturally I have been working summer times here and there, but those are another matter.

    If I opposite would have started to make kids, staying home ... lets say next 5 to 10 years ... I would not be seen very desirable academic candidate to search some vacancy at age of 30 (with no real working experiences in CV). True at least here (there are more than enough applications for every open vacancy). If we think jobs done with hands more than with brains, the same might not count, but you talked about University studies.

    Here, if I would make child now, I'm also allowed to all the benefits, incl. maternity leave with salary/compensation.

    Yes, countries might differ, and over all I have nothing against to get marry at age 22 - 23 as such. Just wanting to add those comments above.

    All those old parents whose children miss the benefits and advice provided by grandparents. Familial roles models are the best role models.
    Nine out of ten concerns are completely unfounded.

    A book Finnish folklore said that a girl who was unmarried by around the age of 25 was considered an old maid. Between the years 1935 and 1975, Finland used to have an additional tax for unmarried persons who were 24 years old or older, which was ecalled "old maid's tax" or "old boy's tax".

    In the Russian countryside, it's still common for people to get married soon after high school, or at least it was about ten years ago. Many of the type of girls who move to a city after high school and go to college soon become corrupt and lose their cuteness, especially if they start to act like some kind of pro business ladies. But the type of girls who stay in the countryside and start a family can remain more pure-hearted longer. Or if they're just focused on their family, then they can remain more isolated from the outside world and they don't have to become as brainwashed or westernized. (Or at least that was the case ten years ago, but these days the shadow of Mordor has fallen even over the deepest Komi backwoods, so there are no more girls of peak marriagable age who are not all evil and westernized.)

    Finnish folklore does not differ much of Taliban's organized marries ... between young girls and old dirty men? Long beard is just white and not black. In story ... that young woman made suicide/drown herself (did not like hers fate or that old man).

    Yes, it is very good that Swedes came to Germanized these ''forest-people''.

    I bet even Aino would've turned into an äkäinen akka in a few years. This is the true path of the wise man (https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/7078):

    Tahi jos tietäisin vähäsen, arvoaisin aikanani,
    niin en naisi ensinkänä, nykyisiä tyttölöitä;
    ne on neitona soriat, koriat ison kotona,
    äsken akkana äkäiset, vihaiset vihittyänsä.
    Mikäs on poikana eleä, mikäs olla naimatonna? -
    Potra on poikana eleä, naasti olla naimatonna;
    ei oo naista naukumassa, eikä lasta itkemässä,
    akka ei arttia vetäne, laps' ei leipeä anone.
    Huoleton hevoton poika, aivan huoleton akaton:
    piä ei piiskasta muretta, kanna ei huolta kannuksesta.
