I am talking about Romanians who are not ethnic Gypsie or minorities. I believe that Romanians are an intermediate between both groups.

On average they are genetically closer to Greeks. Looks wise those I saw were closer to Greeks and other Meds, with minority looking like Ukrainians.

Exactly but one difference, Romanians can have Slavic phenotypes that are almost non-existent among Greeks, even if that is the direct connection between Romanians and Ukrainians.
