Everything goes by intrest. If they need u, u ok and welcome if not u can speak to the wall.
There are people who feels they are better than others because they learn at university and they are "smart" so they feel thensleve above others.
But most of the people will help poor people, help to someone who needs help.
Not agressive if u are ok with them. There are no avoid region in the country everywhere is safe.

Not loyal to their womens, abit scarry to put ur girl alone with some people they just start flirt with anyone.

Everyone in Bulgaria is an asshole and they mostly only understand the language of yelling and violence. Especially taxi drivers. If you are a foreigner here you need to watch out for them.

Yea they love to take foreigners for 1 hour spins around the city to suck some extra cash out of them.

Well, media has changed most cultures, but according to my mother, Cajuns, up until about 1965, mostly lived in similar neighborhoods, many having left the farm for the town or the city. So, about 10 years ago, I dialed up mom to chat, and she said, I can't talk now but I'll call you back. An hour later she calls to say she's sorry but she just didn't want to miss any part of that movie that reminded her of family and relatives as they were in the 40s when she was growing up on the farm. What was it called? Uh, Mah..., Mah..., or something, in French with English writing at the bottom, but I understood some of their French when they talked slower, but they behaved just like people I knew when I was a girl. So, we talked of other things and hung up. So, I look up French rural movies with Ma... in the title and find Manon des Sources, a sequel to Jean de Florette, call her back, read her the description, which she confirmed. Next day I rented 2 movie cds, watched both in order, was engrossed, got a nasty headache, and thanked God mom saw the censored version on tv. But I certainly recalled some old Cajuns, now dead, with similar mannerisms seen in these Marcel Pagnol adapted movies when I was younger, so, I'll take mom's word as factual. Other Pagnol movies with similar behaviors are Marius, Fanny, César, known as the Marseille trilogy.
