Some of my examples of quadroons are not even over 70% euro. Vin Diesel, Jessica Szohr and Megan Markle must be around 65% euro for example.

Nah, i think they wouldn't be seen as black anywhere, most likely exotic in some places at most. Here in Latam in some places, some might even be perceived as white.

They're probably seen as negroes everywhere except parts of Latin America.

In the DR the ones with stronger SSA features are jabao (seen as mixed for the most part). The ones that look nearly fully caucasoid are simply blanco. If the quadroons is very tan then is brown.

What would someone call an individual who's less quadroon in the sense that they're one step higher when it comes to the amount of black DNA they have?

They would be seen as mixed race in Europe. Only US americans are able to call a %25 SSA person black. Even in race regregated Zuid Africa they made up an extra category for mixed race people "coloureds". In this respect the US are maybe the most anti black society on earth. (In other respects not at all, don't get me wrong)

We don't call quadroons black here.
