I don't have any close relatives on 23andme, instead I have two 3rd cousins, with 0.41% of shared DNA. So we are like 12 times removed via our 3rd great grandparent. Think about that. Nobody does 23andme in my area.

All of them have +4 grandparents from Portugal. My first match is obviously my father, the other two with the same Y-DNA I don't know who they are but their ancestry is from Castelo Branco as well.
