What does 'white' even mean ? It seems like a dysgenic homogenized concept for Europeans or European Americans ?

"White" means the English and Scottish, and other western europeans that are capable of being absorbed into the English ethnicity in the colonies. White is basically a synonym for the term "Anglo", and the term Anglo was coined to describe western european, English speaking americans and australians, whose descent was first and foremost from the culture and nation of England. To mistake it for pan-europeanism is wrong, it's not even pan-germanic.

Regardless of the definition of "white" though, the decline of every single group of people in europe is horrifying.
