On average, women age better than men. An older woman can still get guys, an older man not so much. I don't know why men(usually older ones) delude themselves with the lie that being older makes them attractive, it does not. It's a cope to deal with their old age. For any gender the key to look more appealing and younger is to take care of yourself: exercise at least a few times per week, start eating more healthy foods (lots of vegetables and fruits) and give up on animal fats and very important, you have to be rested well, sleep decent amount of hours and you should surely age better than average people.
