Is hatred towards Poland real deal?

I see so much media smearing Poland as well as many people parroting negative opinions on Poland (including me at some point on 4chan for shit test and some lulz), even though Poles suffered a lot during the Nazi and Soviet occupation.
But is polonophobia the thing of the same concern as racism, for example?
Sorry for making this thread, I always asked myself that question. And I'm asking it right now, during the COVID times.
I frankly hate the polonophobia so much.

It's not my bullshit, I had leftist friends who shamed me for being Polish. And I got insecure about it. So, I'm geniuely asking if it's true that Poles are looked upon.

Polack haters are usually progressists, they hate Poland because according them Poland is conservative mostly

Ironically progressists don't hate Islamic countries even they being much more conservative towards women, religion, marriage than Poland itself......
