Is hatred towards Poland real deal?

I live amidst a heavy Polish diaspora, including part of my own family. I honestly never really hear anything disparaging said of Poles. Maybe a mild something rarely, but nothing too much. I think you just need new friends. You should be happy to be Polish. I find Poles I meet to be some of the most down-to-earth people ever.

There's an old Polish saying that goes, "the Jew cries out in pain as he strikes you". Probably why many Jews don't like Poles.

Never heard the Polish translation, though. "Żyd płacze (zwija się z bólu), gdy Cię uderza"? It does not even rhyme.
I'd admit, Jews want reparations from us, because they claim they left their property here in Poland, but first, they need to ask Germans, what happened to their properties.

I see so much media smearing Poland as well as many people parroting negative opinions on Poland (including me at some point on 4chan for shit test and some lulz), even though Poles suffered a lot during the Nazi and Soviet occupation.
But is polonophobia the thing of the same concern as racism, for example?

Also, I get that some Polish people were snitches during the WWII and stuff, but why do they need to generalize the whole Polish population?
