Both in equal measure. Cuba is quite heterogeneous, but the first thing that comes to mind when I think of Cuba in general is women, Cuban women are wonderful.

The first one. Cuba's basically Argentina with significant SSA ancestry instead of Amerindian

Cuba have a large pred. SSA population while Argentina lacks a large pred. amerindian. Cuba is like 20% black and griffe (when I say griffe I'm talking about those mulatos that lean towards the SSA in features/strong features despite of their "light" skin). True mulato/terceron/pardo must be another 20%. Another one is light pardos (quadroons, pred. euro triracials) and the rest euros.

Argentina easily is 60% white european while Cuban at most is like 40%-35%.

This is a griffe. I have to clarify because some Latinos here are so dumb that they are always classifying griffes as balanced mulattoes or confusing them both. Still we already know that phenotype doesn't always correlate genotype.

Honestly, I think that all Hispanic countries in the Caribbean (Cuba, RD, Puerto Rico) are very similar in almost everything, with one exception or another, like Cuba having more whites, RD being more mulatto, Puerto Rico being more Triracial, things of that type.

Cuba also have more extremes in their blacks. I mean that A LOT look less modified/more maxxed africanoid. Many of those negros Cubanos would be taken for Haitian in the DR.
