People like Marley exist but are around 1 in 40 at least in big cities.
of course for example in Chubut (among welsh descendants) he wouldn't be rare, but of course he is not typical.
But these dudes... I think people would think that they are from some rural area or foreigners.
But of course, they don't look 100% off, atypical but not off.

Corin and Vanessa Redgrave are picture perfect Keltid-Nords, not Anglo-Saxons. They definitely don't look average for the East of England.
