I agree that it's not necessarily about George's race. This is not the first time in history when there's no consensus on whether a homicide was murder or not. Not all homicides are murders, that's a fact.

Why do you have no doubt it was assassination? Saying it was Assassination implies it was premediated and intentional. That's the definition of murder/assassination. How do you know his/their intention was to kill George Floyd?

Why was it a murder? Murder means to intentionally kill someone. You saw in a gypsy crystal ball that Derek and his colleagues' intention was to murder George Floyd? Why did they call the ambulence if they wanted him to die?
I get the impression a lot of people in this thread are incapable of understanding the difference between murder and manslaughter, they're different legal categories.

No, you don't call ambulence if you want to intentionally kill someone. They called the ambulance 1 min after Derek put his knee on George's neck, George was still clearly alive at the time.

No matter how heinous the original OP comment was, the verdict was still the result of an utter mistrial.

The autopsy is there. The bodycam footage is freely available on YT. Only by these, it's shown quite evidently that Chauvin should be guilty at worst for just one of the charges. Normally, he should be guilty for none. Because only the bodycam footage proves his innocence.

But he was nevertheless convicted, because Maxine Waters and all of BLM quite literally threatened with burning Minneapolis down and intimidated the juries.



Moral of the story: mobs rule in America now. The legal system is over.

The police doesn't give a rat's ass about who you are. They can and will treat anyone as just another formality because they are a state department and as such, can get away with that, in most cases. Yeah, the court is a different story, but that's not what we are talking about. And I can tell you one thing. Some street sentries aren't gonna call medical service for anyone if they think they can do just fine without it. The reason is very simple. They don't want to go through all the hassle which would follow. The typical employee isn't motivated by doing the best work ever but by doing just enough so it can pass. Sad, I know. And when it comes to police circles, twice as much. Doesn't mean it has anything to do with some systemic racism thing.

And that death, as if it were indeed a plot, caused irreversible racial tensions, which have resulted to Americans of European descent to be attacked so frequently, that individual reports are no longer needed. Because by a Google Search, accompanied with a bit more detailed search (as they hide the race of the perpetrator and the victim), you can see that non-white against white violence takes place every day

As for Chauvin: he just did his job. He restrained someone who resisted arrest.
