Sorry i have to say this. In a society where big companies try to sell us their shit like Cola or whatever we have to find better alternatives. Tbh, i am often drinking this soft drinks too but i want to change it. It is unhealthy because there is a lot of sugar and other ingredients which aren’t really health promoting. They are trying sell their shit with cheering ads where they show random beach parties or unrealistic family reunions where they are eating traditional food but the only thing what they can drink are this soft drinks? Why the hell i should drink that if there is the best beverage of this world: Ayran. You can drink it if it is hot, you can drink it in the winter, you can drink it while you are eating, you can drink it while you are chilling with your friends and family. You don’t get drunk, you don’t get fat but you get a big smile on your face. I prefer the Ayran of my mother or grandmother but you can easily make it too or buy that from your supermarket. No joke, it is probably the best thing on this world, drinking Ayran while you are eating hot, spicy kebab. But it is great too if you drink Ayran with Pizza, Pasta, rice or whatever, drink and enjoy it.

I haven't drank soda since 2016, quit cold turkey. It is no good, man, way too much sugar and other shit to be taking in on a daily basis.

Unfortunately sometimes i drink Cola or ice tea but i try to change this habit. As a Spaniard who has a rich, yummy cuisine, Ayran is the best thing what you can drink. This ads are so ridiculous, now it is Ramadan and they show families, very traditional with their cuisine but only drink their soft drinks. No thanks, I drink Ayran during this holy days.

when i was living in Germany i often drank Ayran, especially loved the Mango flavored one. I often drank Ayran and ate Leberkässemmel, an unorthodox combination i guess D
But here in Austria i havent really seen it anywhere, atleast the flavored one. but we have something similar, called Molke/Fruchtmolke, its also very good.
