Which things you find overrated?

The beauty of supermodels.

People always find it so shocking when I say I'm not really into male models or the men that the media is always trying to force down our throats and demand we find attractive. They look almost eerily bland and borderline unreal a lot of the time.

But supermodels are often supposed to just be a generic coat hanger for clothing brands. So it makes sense they are kind of boring as long as they all have the right body for whatever is being advertised.

Fact is, dogs (and cats for that matter) don't contribute a thing to the life cycle: if all of them disappeared tomorrow nothing would happen, at all. Well, maybe you'd have a couple of suicides and sobbing but that's all.

This is true with the exception of working dogs. To be honest I find it absolutely sickening how many people LARP about how "dogs can smell someone's character" and "their lives are more valuable than human lives" and similar feel-good bullshit. None of that is true and they are the same animals that kill toddlers, eat their own babies, and eat their own shit as a tasty snack. We had a working dog when I was a kid and he was respected, had a good life, but by no means did we worship him the way people worship their animals. People have forgotten any and all boundaries between people and animals and are assigning so much false moral value onto them that it's worthy of a mental diagnosis at this point.

It's sickening that there are hungry people in the world while I know of a woman who feeds her 10 lb mutt food that is flown in daily from another country. Sickening.
