There is no actual singular American phenotype at this time, and the way the world is now I doubt there will be as that pertains to those of European descent. America has too many European ethnicities, and many regions are still very ethnic centric, where you are not going to find more than two to three predominate in a family.

Furthermore, the entire notion of WASP was fabricated to a great degree solely for marketing purposes, and is very old hat just looking at the hideous non-European models pushed in the past 25 years. Most so-called WASPs in the US are not even pure Anglo-Saxons, but as mixed of any other European descendent ethnicities. The Anglo-Saxons are not predominately blond or fair eyed.

I MEAN, if you cannot read between the lines, (or you are just here to defend certain people or stir shite,) that the image of the WASP as a monied, blonde, light eyed type was promoted and sold, but in reality doesn't exist exclusively in taxonomy as a phenotype.

It's also no mystery that most of the old money in America as well as the rest of the Anglosphere(Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, etc), are WASPs. The establishment, and old money in all these nations is and has been Anglo Saxon protestants, and that stereotype is not a mythological one as business acumen is something we're noted for. And yes, blue eyes are more common in our ethnic group than in many others (Irish, Italian, etc.) whch came to the new world in significant numbers. I don't believe anyone ever claimed WASPs to be exclusively blue eyed, however. As far as hair color goes, of course it's not exclusively blonde, and I don't think any stereotype ever cast it as such. Hair color among the WASPy varies like with all European peoples. So I don't know what you mean by "in reality doesn't exist exclusively", or who it was supposed to be "sold" to. But generally, the stereotype is fairly accurate. After all, aren't most stereotypes?

They're all English/German/Irish mixes with a small amount of French and Dutch thrown in. Fairly common ethnicity mixes in America.

I made statements which addressed your "points", because that's the purpose of this particular realm of discourse. I ended with a rhetorical question, which further illustrated one of my points.

For some reason this appears to have all been far too abstract for you.
