Indeed.
But Germans and others from the north are more likely to atleast have a good substantial amount of German blood. Some of these states have less than 3 million in population. Other's don't even have 1 million.
You are more likely to find people of pure English, German, Scandinavian stock than you would in the states that have had heavy immigration over the years.
And it shows, the English in New England look more English than any other. They are among one of the few Americans i would actualy compare to Australians. The rest, don't really look like Australians at all.
Send me dms asking me to classify you, i'll have Barbarianna of Barbaria here put a few holes in you. Then I'll take this guitar and smash it over your head.
Indeed, in the North. I never see such extreme bloodism among children in the south. Children in the Westcoast and surrounding states are mostly black haired to dark brown unless they're in some isolated Anglo-American community such as Orange county? Outside of these areas......Darkness falls lol
The guy Mordid posted seems more typical of whites on the westcoast to me.
I think most white american kids have some kinds of blond\light hair, but getting darker considerably when they grow up.
If you still have blonde hair in your early 20s, are you likely to keep it into your 30s/40s? Not to derail the thread, but if anyone knows, I'm curious.

Kids who are platinum will more than likely stay blonde when they age (i did). The kids with the lighter blonde colors usualy age and turn out a little darker or a similar tone. However, just the same, others never change. Paul Walker was dirty blonde his entire life.
I've never seen anyone's blonde hair mysteriously vanish after their 20's though. That seems a little weird to me, unless it was caused by grey hair.

In my area, among English Americans, a general Atlantid (or Atlanto-Nordid) phenotype is pretty typical.

Those are all Germanic or Celto-Germanic.
People can't tell them a part.
