Don't know wait few days, if it doesn't fade away, go to dermatologist. But don't hurry anywhere, also touch it with clean fingers if you can feel pain anywhere.

People can get all kinds of skin blemishes. The majority are nothing to worry about but if in doubt go to a doctor.
