Russia has launched an effort on creating the list of unfriendly states, which are banned from hiring Russian citizens for work in the diplomatic missions, and the United States is among them, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on the Rossiya-1 TV channel.

So far, the “unfriendly” countries’ list contains the US, Ukraine, Lithuania, Poland, Latvia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, the United Kingdom and Georgia.

unfortunately Romania is quite unfriendly to Russia at official level as well, while the common people are divided, only a minority is happy with the NATO thing happening on here (American military bases and troops deployed in Romania), but it's the visible ones, middle class city people plus all the artists, upper-middle class etc, while peasants (half of the population) and working class city dwellers are not pro-NATO and fear a conflict with Russia. so overall Romanians are not against Russia, but their voice is not seen in the central media, that is controlled by pro-American corrupt officials.
