Most of these south europeans went back to their countries when their situation stabilized while maghrebis and blacks stayed

and they were not accepted obviously but at least (afaik) they didn't make the crime rate explodes, nor commited terrorist attacks, nor did they opened halal butcheries or mosques everywhere. You can't really compare people coming from islamic third world countries with south europeans who are much more closer to french whether genetically or culturally.

Yes but it's mostly present among africans (which includes north africans) and no this 41% is mostly composed of north africans and blacks (south europeans, indians or gulf arabs form tiny minorities in comparison)

Paris is the biggest Portuguese city outside Portugal - more than any Brazilian city. They are the largest immigrant group in Paris after Algerians and Moroccans.

You forget that ethnic stats are forbidden in France so many of these "french" in Paris are actually blacks or maghrebis. They can only count people with a foreign nationality. Overall in all of france maghrebis outnumber them by far

This is right. And is the reason why not only babies of African, North African, Middle-Eastern, Turkish, Pakistani etc. origins were tested at birth, but also the ones who had strong Mediterranean phenotypes (like dark hair at birth).
That way, many newborn children who had to undergo testing were actually Iberian, Greek, Italian, including some of pure French ascendance.

But now, it's getting farcical because in some big Parisian hospitals there has been protests that sickle cell disease detection was racially discriminatory. Now, in the big French town, all new born infants are routinely tested, including those who are at 0.000% risk.
