I wonder are there more English who immigrate to France or more French who immigrate to England?

Slightly more the former, particularly to regions such as the Dordogne.

(1) Many of these 'foreigners' are second or even third generation born and raised in France, in many cases don't even speak Arabic, Wolof etc. and may not have even stepped foot in their ancestral lands. (2) What you said in your last paragraph is very deterministic - immigration and birth rates aren't destined to be the same as now. Case in point: Black Caribbeans are actually declining in number in Britain, due to there not being much immigration from the region since the 1960's, their birth rates aren't especially high and many marry Whites.

1) Just because they speak french and eat baguettes for breakfast, that doesn't mean they have avarage iq levels, crime rates and fiscal impacts of a native, white frenchman. And just because they speak french that doesn't mean it's not ethnic replacement. OP didn't claim French language was being replaced, he talked about ethnic replacement. There are french speakers living in West-Africa, but no sane person would see them as frenchmen.

In any case, population replacement is a real phenomenon, that's how in the Americas native americans became extinct or a small minority depending on the country. And that's how sapiens replaced neandersovans who previously replaced homo erectus in Eurasia.

Little-know fact: a century ago the foreign-born percentage in France was actually higher than now, only that it mostly consisted of Portuguese, Spaniards and Italians (not all of whom were universally accepted btw).

and you want to say in the future the african community of France will decrease instead of increasing? Native, white frenchmen have low birthrates, africans have high. France is wealthy, Africa isn't. The gates are open. It's not too hard to make a prediction.

(1) It doesn't change the fact that these people have different cultural backgrounds, different religions, are intellectually inferior and will impact the genetic pool of french in the long term. (2) Don't project some of your minority cases on France, if we compare with the datas of 2016 we see that this number keeps growing ...and even if by coincidence all these minorities see their birth rates decreasing it would not change the fact that the current foreign population (composed of millions of individuals) will deeply impact the french population. In one century or two the population of france will be a brazil 2.0 if not worse

Don't be racist my man! Also, the ethinc replacement is just a conspiracy theory!
If we have lots of africans in the country, our soccer team will be good at least. We will also have more successful rappers / capita than Japan!
We will also have cool authentic ethnic markets and restaurants (even though Japan has high amount of reputable french restaurants without importing french people, their food is made by japanese chefs)
