Food that people eat in your country that you are unwilling to eat / do not fancy?

Some examples from Poland:

A soup called flaki in Poland (tripe). I dislike it, and I find the smell off-putting.
Tartare (tatar) - raw meat, yuck. My mom loves it.

Not a popular dish, but still very Polish soup called czernina, it is broth with ... duck blood.

Golonka / Pork knuckle.

Isnt Flaki a great hangover cure though?

In my case it`s Labskaus and Rollmops, as I dislike fish in general.Then there is an eastern German dish called "Tote Oma" (Dead Grandma), which looks just like you`d expect it would by this name. It doesnt even taste bad, as its essentially blood sausage, but the looks really are offputting. (looks like bloody diarreha)

Yes. I am unwilling to try flaki and kurze łapki. The same with wątróbka, serca, mózgi etc
