That the origin of that haplogroup is Polish. It is the most common paternal haplogroup amongst Polish people and can be found exclusively here.

It doesn't have anything to do with being Polish, since that is a more recent ethnic group, haplogroups are connected with ancient populations, so probably it is Sarmatian or maybe even an older population.
