To me: The Simpsons >>>>> The Flinstones >>>>> Tom and Jerry.

But I rarely watch the last two. While the Simpsons is my favourite cartoon and it's always airing here on TV, and I have some of it's DVD and games.

I really like it's plot, which is a satire to the suburban American way of life.

In 2002, the show received a backslash in Brazil because of the episode that took place here, which showed this country as being ridden with violence, promiscuity, monkeys roaming in the streets...

They are mixing up chachacha with Brazilians. Even the pilots have a strong Hispanic accent when Brazil speak Portuguese.

Yeah, they mixed Hispanic accents and dances with Brazilian ones.

The show is based on Xuxa Meneghel, which in the 80's had very sexualized costumes for a host of childrens show.
