For instance, my greatgrangpa was a half French/half Syrian man and half of his chromosomes are 100% French. But his daughter has inheired mixed chromossomes and so on until reach me and my mom. Could it be a reason because my Syrian DNA was hidden and it blinds algoritms?

Segments belonging to a particular heritage will get recombined with time as they get broken down in tinier ones each generations.

Also keep in mind that most of the dna you get is West Eurasian so a lot of it is the basic same type of dna. Even middle eastern does not peak out that far from Europe in direction to Africa. Syrian is probably somewhere in the first and closest dark red cluster here.
