According to oral family tradition E-FT155550 comes from a deserter of Napoleon's troops (1808-1813) who stayed in Spain and changed his surname.

I guess she used to be blonde (she has blue eyed and that "germanic" appareance, at least when younger because I have seen pictures of her as older and she looks totally different). So, yes, she used to be blonde and probably dyed her hair to blonde when her hair got darker. Contrary to what most people think, even most Scandinavian women dye their hair to blonde. They are born blonde most of them, and some time along the 10 or 20 years old they turn light Brown or dark blonde, and since their features are nordic, dying their hair looks more natural, but yes most are dyed.
The one that it is not blonde is the man you have posted later, that Alex Blanco. Nothing in him looks "germanic". He just happen to have lighter eyes than usual but his hair is brown.

He looks blond to me anyway we are posting blond compatriot Spaniards, we are not thinking about pseudorussians foreigners.
For what you say I agree, you can't demand people to be platinum blond or ash blond at 40 years old, it's not serious, it's almost preferable to see that they have lightened it with a dye that is more attractive even than the natural color.
I take this opportunity to post the interesting I take advantage of the occasion to post the interesting Ana Soria Moreno which exemplifies very well the last point you made.

If we talk about the platinum or golden blonde, it is a minority among the blondes in Europe of which the majority are found in Northern and Eastern Europe, the greatest shade of blonde that is found in much of Europe is light brown or dark blonde .
This shade of blond is only common in Scandinavia, Iceland, North Rusia, Netherlands and the Baltic countries, even in England, Belgium, France,Austria and Germany it is a minority (at least in the south)
