Actually, there are plenty of Blacks who do make fun of people who they perceive as being 'White wannabes'. 'Acting white' is increasingly a slur in many American schools, and it basically means being polite, well-spoken, respectful of authority, diligent in one's studies etc. (No, I am not making this up. An African-American museum even defined 'White supremacy' as basically the characteristics I just listed).
