Default Europe are the last place to find phenotype homogeneity.

there are all the colors of eyes and hair as well as a considerable variation in the color of the skin. Eyes vary from brown to gray, hair from dark brown/black to blond/ginger and skin from beige to white. Europeans are diverse by condition.

Europeans are triracials by design. The average European is a Neolithic Farmer with some WHG and Yamnaya admixture that varies from person to person.

Is this supposed to be some kind of justification to bring in more and more diversity? Of course Europe as a whole continent has phenotype diversity as is expected considering its geographic extent. On a local level (countries and regions), there is however of course homogeneity (to some extent). In general there are regions in Europe with higher and lower phenotypic (and genetic) diversity.

Heterogenity is the word you are looking for. Homogenity refers to the characteristic of being similar.
