France loses a religious building every two weeks

“Although Catholic monuments are still ahead, one mosque is erected every 15 days in France, while one Christian building is destroyed at the same pace,” Lamaze said. “It creates a tipping point on the territory that should be taken into account.”

Currently, 5,000 Catholic buildings are potentially in danger of disappearing. Apart from the growing hostility to which they are subject, these religious sites are also suffering from deep negligence on the part of public authorities.

The result of enlightment and secularism that the French have started.

But a turn to Islam is still better than a complete godless society, still the best case would have been a catholic France. After VC2 catholicism is in unstoppable decline tho.

I'm not a Catholic, so it isn't personal with me, but I would disagree that "Catholicism is in unstoppable decline" due to "modern" "liberal reforms." It might seem logical that liberal influence is contrary to Christianity, and that further down its road is skepticism of the existence of God.
But,
THERE WILL ALWAYS BE THE NARROW ROAD. Truth can't be abolished.
If "the world" is at odds with Christ, fundamentally, then nothing's really changed.

Not religious buildings in general.. Catholic temples only, in particular.

I think that the generals in France now should hold a coup d'état. France needs it. That or Marine Le Pen.

There's nothing really unusual about this. Europeans have been systematically destroying beautiful old architecture since WW2. Millions are spent on public art installations that nobody wants, but old buildings are torn down if they're considered too expensive to maintain or restore. And since nobody wants to build anything beautiful anymore, the whole architectural environment gradually declines everywhere.

The native French who became secular and corrupt and godless may have abandoned their places of worship but the growing population of Muslims in these countries have certainly not; their places of worship receive more funding per month than those churches received in decades.

The Catholic Church is one of the wealthiest organisations on the planet. Why would they not maintain this church? Oh right. No one attends it and it does not generate money for them. So they let it collapse.

Plus there's no unity in France, and the new generation was brainwashed with the "culture" of the negroes and arabs. Frequently you can see white zoomers in France acting like negroes/arabs, using made up words, and basic manners is completely absent from all of them.

Christianity and Catholicism in particular went trough bigger trials and overcome them all. Convert to Islam already because Catholic church and Jesus does not need more traitors.
